Employee Incentives and Overtime

A great way to motivate employees is by providing them with a little extra ovetime in the year. The embroidery business is usually never steady and allowing your good employees to have some overtime is a win-win situation. Above is the Northwest Embroidery cap department showing off their checks with over 40 hours of overtime.
